This was my first purchase of a side by side though a dealership and Hudson and Jonny at Karl Malone power sports heber made it very easy and straightforward it was a great experience and it was nice having all of my questions answered and when I am ready for my next one I will definitely come back. I would highly recommended them.

My measure of great customer service isn’t when everything goes right - that’s easy. It’s when things happen - and the business responds with integrity that tells me who they really are. I bought my sled from the Glenwood location last spring before they sold the dealership. Fast forward to when we finally had enough snow for me to take the sled out - and I had a random bolt break. One phone call later, and David and Seth took care of my warranty coverage. It was perfect customer service in a situation where most companies would have put roadblocks up to avoid doing the right thing. That is the kind of business that I will return to every single time. Thanks guys!

Very easy to deal with

I had a very rocky start dealing with these guys at there Heber location. Was touch and go for a bit but the upper management really came threw on working something out. I will definitely be making my future purchases here.

All the people at the dealership were great to work with. Mike was very friendly and helpful with the questions we had.

I recently worked with Hudson on a purchase of a used RMK 600 so my girls can learn to ride. He made sure the machine ran how it should and communicated through the whole process. We are excited to take it out for the first ride this weekend.

Absolutely the best experience buying my first motorcycle. Skyler, and the management team there are amazing. They got me approved for my dream bike, at an amazing price. From the moment I applied for financing, till the day they delivered my bike from heber to the Salt Lake valley for free, I cant begin to appreciate all they did. 1000% recommend the drive to this store over the others you won't be disappointed.
