Let me first say I was interested in a KRX 4 seater or the new Cfmoto Z10, my buddy bought a machine from them a couple of weeks ago and spoke highly of them. I called and spoke to the sales manager (Seth), looking for one of those 2 machines (not a Polaris). I decided what the heck I will at least go check them out. Man am I happy I decided to go, they got me in a way better machine than I ever expected I would of got. Everyone from Sales, Parts, Service even the financial guy (who is usually the fun killer) was absolutely phenomenal. Seth and Ryder made sure the machine was 100% good to go before they would even let me look at paper work. The 25 Pro S I was looking at, had a pretty good misfire initially (typical Polaris belt). The mechanics jumped on it immediately, changed the belt plugs and coils with about 2 hours the machine was back to a monster. I WILL NEVER BUY A MACHINE FROM ANYONE ELSE AGAIN. 10/10

We went to Karl Malone Polaris - Heber location to look at a used RZR. We were greeted by a friendly young man named Hudson. He was trying to find the specific machine that we were looking for and quickly found out that it had sold. In speaking with him it was apparent that he was very knowledgeable about Polaris and was able to show us the new model - 2026 RZR 1000 XP. He was very helpful and interested in finding out more about our current machine and if we wanted to try to trade it in. Between Hudson and Michael and Johnny we were able to get to a price point on the trade and the new machine, pick it up the next week. No pressure sales pitches, just honest communication. Hudson just wanted to make it easy for us, and our happiness was his goal. This has been the least stressful and best purchase experience we have ever had. Including vehicles and RV’s. Kudos to the entire team in Heber. Thank you so much!

We traded in our rzr in for a brand new 2027 ranger crew 1000xp cody was great to work with didnt pressure us into doing something we weren't comfortable with. He talked us through everything financing was explained well along with warranty and answered all questioned I had. Enjoyable people to talk to and get along with. Would send anyone up that way.

Had a great salesman named Choi at Karl Malone Polaris in Heber, Utah. He was extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. We drove from Montana because Karl Malone Has a large inventory and the perfect Xpedition for us. John made sure our paper work was correct and we bought an extended 5 year bumper to bumper warranty. No worries for 5 1/2 years. The parts manager explained the many accessories options that are available. We never had this good of a buying experience at any car dealers. Chori even helped me tie down the xpedition on my trailer. They made us feel important as buyers. Thank you to the whole gang at Karl Malone Polaris in Heber, Utah. Now, let's hit the trails! Even the cat liked it.
