1st Purchase July 2018 Excellent service ! The sales Rep named Layne was very professional and I highly recommend them. His communication was top notch and made sure that I got what I wanted in my new Razor 4 XP Turbo Dynamix. Believe me you won't go wrong at this dealership. 2nd Purchase April 2021 Razor Turbo 4 S Once again I was not disappointed. I was looking for the same model and asked Layne how long the wait would be for the order. A few days later Nathaniel sales rep called me and told me they had one that someone had backed out of. I immediately took it. They worked with me through the whole process, from phone calls, texting and person to person. I'm telling you this dealership is top notch and has an awesome staff from sales to parts and of course to financing. They are very professional when it comes any type of machine. Trust me I wouldn't put this much time in a review if they weren't top notch. If you decide to buy from here mention the code word "Butter" they will know who sent you. 😂😂😂 Have a great day and play safe.... Update August 2023 I just want a shout out to the service department of this dealership. Jordan and Jayden have been rock solid to work with on my machine. They have worked patiently and professionally with me to determine if I have a mechanical issue with the machine. They have went the extra mile to resolve and find the issue. There is a reason I drive 95 miles to buy from this dealership. Like I mentioned above they are the real deal and I don't think the service department gets enough recognition sometimes for everything they do for the customer. I'm picking up my machine this weekend and feel confident that it was inspected thoroughly. Let's face it most people will give a bad review the good reviews are hard to come by unless they are the real deal. Karl you have an excellent staff at this dealership. Hold onto them because they are the reason I come back and I'm sure this is a true statement why many of the customers have given a 4.8 Star review. Keep up the great service Heber! Looked at a side by side. Did not purchase as it was rough and over priced for the amount of abuse and high mileage. Marcus was wonderful to work with.

These guys are awesome. 100% will buy more from them. I've dealt with Mike Kelly over there for years. I've ordered 5+ snowmobiles, General, Rzr and most recently an Xpedition. I'm a little high maintenance with my toys and have heated seats throughout every machine and deck them out with everything. Karl Malone Guys are super easy to work with and really make my machine stand out. They also put custom wraps on my sleds which helps them look good and me find everyone a whole lot easier! When it comes to maintenance, they have been great as well. They've called when I have recalls, fit me in and get me on the road as quickly as possible. Highly recommended. 5 out of 5 stars.

The parts department at Karl Malone Polaris in my experience is a huge anomaly in a market, where it is so difficult to find competent parts managers who care. Garret from Karl Malone Polaris is a rockstar. I have had parts issues with my 2017 Polaris Ranger that have been persistent for sometime. When I turned to Garret at Karl Malone Polaris sports everything changed. He is competent knowledgeable and truly cares for his customers. It was such a breath of fresh air. He solved a persistent issue quickly. Karl Malone Polaris, I don’t know what you do to train and attract such great employees. Thank you. It is very much recognized and appreciated by your customers.
