Go see John, Johnny & Seth for a great experience! We worked with John for a few days while we figured out what machine we wanted. We had never owned a side by side before and honestly started out looking at four wheelers before we finally landed on a Polaris General XP 1000, with the help of John and his patience in answering all of our questions. Never once did we feel like we were being pushed or rushed like other places. Seth and Johnny the managers were great as well and went above and beyond to get us the exact machine we wanted from another location. They all made it a good time and it felt more like bantering with friends than dealing with sales people. A great group here. We highly recommend taking your business to this specific location to look for your next adventure!

Ryder was the first person I talked to, he was so cool and friendly the whole duration of my visit! The whole staff is amazing and just the best people you'd want to sell you a bike! Seth was very knowledgeable and knew his bikes like the back of his hand, he too was awesome and went out of his way to help me get my first bike! There was an honorable mention is Choi! These guys were great and we're just as excited for me to get the bike as I was. If your looking for anything bike, or cart basically anything with 2 wheels these guys are definitely the ones to go to!

Had a great salesman named Choi at Karl Malone Polaris in Heber, Utah. He was extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. We drove from Montana because Karl Malone Has a large inventory and the perfect Xpedition for us. John made sure our paper work was correct and we bought an extended 5 year bumper to bumper warranty. No worries for 5 1/2 years. The parts manager explained the many accessories options that are available. We never had this good of a buying experience at any car dealers. Chori even helped me tie down the xpedition on my trailer. They made us feel important as buyers. Thank you to the whole gang at Karl Malone Polaris in Heber, Utah. Now, let's hit the trails!
