Had a great salesman named Choi at Karl Malone Polaris in Heber, Utah. He was extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. We drove from Montana because Karl Malone Has a large inventory and the perfect Xpedition for us. John made sure our paper work was correct and we bought an extended 5 year bumper to bumper warranty. No worries for 5 1/2 years. The parts manager explained the many accessories options that are available. We never had this good of a buying experience at any car dealers. I researched the Polaris Xpedition and found the model for my line of work. Although many dealerships carry the same model for nearly the same price, the Heber Powersports Store went above and beyond. Travis was very knowledgeable regarding specifications and options for the Xpedition, and even compared the pros and cons to the Polaris General (my current SxS). The finance department made it simple and quick. The overall experience was great. No pushy sales, no “add ons” in finance, and customer service was excellent. I will be shopping here again.
AWESOME!!! We worked with Mike Kelly over the last few days and traded a 2021 Range Crew 1000 for 2024 Xpedition XP. Smooth easy process! Mike was able to get our new machine in the shop for a street legal kit in under two days! We stopped in on Wednesday and loaded the machine on Friday. These guys are awesome. 100% will buy more from them. I've dealt with Mike Kelly over there for years. I've ordered 5+ snowmobiles, General, Rzr and most recently an Xpedition. I'm a little high maintenance with my toys and have heated seats throughout every machine and deck them out with everything. Karl Malone Guys are super easy to work with and really make my machine stand out. They also put custom wraps on my sleds which helps them look good and me find everyone a whole lot easier! When it comes to maintenance, they have been great as well. They've called when I have recalls, fit me in and get me on the road as quickly as possible. Highly recommended. 5 out of 5 stars.
