We drove from Montana because Karl Malone Has a large inventory and the perfect Xpedition for us. John made sure our paper work was correct and we bought an extended 5 year bumper to bumper warranty. No worries for 5 1/2 years. The parts manager explained the many accessories options that are available. We never had this good of a buying experience at any car dealers. Ryder the salesman is outstanding this young man went above and beyond. He listened to my needs and wants and worked as he should to make the deal happen , I will highly recommend anyone looking for a sxs to purchase thru him and Karl malone motorsports. By far the best purchase experience I have ever dealt with. He is upfront and transparent with his sales skill. I see this young man working his way up with the dealership.
Nice sales guys really. 3 out of 5 though because they were trying to hide that the carburetor needed cleaning badly and gave me other excuses. They did do it though after I noticed. Upon getting the motorcycle home I noticed the whole left rear foot peg assembly was missing which they hid from me or just didn’t notice themselves because they don’t look their machines over before re-selling. I have tried contacting them to see if they can cut me a deal on a replacement part but they are ghosting me. Also, expect to pay about $300-$350 on fees (this does not include taxes or registration). Overall I feel this dealership needs improvement. Did not walk away with confidence in this dealership. Update: the company did get in touch with me after the original review and got me the missing part (both sides even though only one side was needed) for free plus a little gift. Feel the need to up the rating as they went beyond what I expected them to do to make it right. Way to go! You rock!
Had a great experience here, the staff and sales guys were great. Nick helped us out with finding the right machine for the family. Gave a us dealership tour and made us feel more than just customers. Overall great experience.
This was my first purchase of a side by side though a dealership and Hudson and Jonny at Karl Malone power sports heber made it very easy and straightforward it was a great experience and it was nice having all of my questions answered and when I am ready for my next one I will definitely come back. I would highly recommended them.
