We went to Karl Malone Polaris - Heber location to look at a used RZR. We were greeted by a friendly young man named Hudson. He was trying to find the specific machine that we were looking for and quickly found out that it had sold. In speaking with him it was apparent that he was very knowledgeable about Polaris and was able to show us the new model - 2026 RZR 1000 XP. He was very helpful and interested in finding out more about our current machine and if we wanted to try to trade it in. Between Hudson and Michael and Johnny we were able to get to a price point on the trade and the new machine, pick it up the next week. No pressure sales pitches, just honest communication. Hudson just wanted to make it easy for us, and our happiness was his goal. This has been the least stressful and best purchase experience we have ever had. Including vehicles and RV’s. I researched the Polaris Xpedition and found the model for my line of work. Although many dealerships carry the same model for nearly the same price, the Heber Powersports Store went above and beyond. Travis was very knowledgeable regarding specifications and options for the Xpedition, and even compared the pros and cons to the Polaris General (my current SxS). The finance department made it simple and quick. The overall experience was great. No pushy sales, no “add ons” in finance, and customer service was excellent. I will be shopping here again.

1st Purchase July 2018 Excellent service ! The sales Rep named Layne was very professional and I highly recommend them. His communication was top notch and made sure that I got what I wanted in my new Razor 4 XP Turbo Dynamix. Believe me you won't go wrong at this dealership. 2nd Purchase April 2021 Razor Turbo 4 S Once again I was not disappointed. I was looking for the same model and asked Layne how long the wait would be for the order. A few days later Nathaniel sales rep called me and told me they had one that someone had backed out of. I immediately took it. They worked with me through the whole process, from phone calls, texting and person to person. I'm telling you this dealership is top notch and has an awesome staff from sales to parts and of course to financing. They are very professional when it comes any type of machine. Trust me I wouldn't put this much time in a review if they weren't top notch. If you decide to buy from here mention the code word "Butter" they will know who sent you. 😂😂😂 Have a great day and play safe.... Update August 2023 I just want a shout out to the service department of this dealership. Jordan and Jayden have been rock solid to work with on my machine. They have worked patiently and professionally with me to determine if I have a mechanical issue with the machine. They have went the extra mile to resolve and find the issue. There is a reason I drive 95 miles to buy from this dealership. Like I mentioned above they are the real deal and I don't think the service department gets enough recognition sometimes for everything they do for the customer. I'm picking up my machine this weekend and feel confident that it was inspected thoroughly. Let's face it most people will give a bad review the good reviews are hard to come by unless they are the real deal. Karl you have an excellent staff at this dealership. Hold onto them because they are the reason I come back and I'm sure this is a true statement why many of the customers have given a 4.8 Star review. Keep up the great service Heber!
