Go see John, Johnny & Seth for a great experience! We worked with John for a few days while we figured out what machine we wanted. Never once did we feel like we were being pushed or rushed like other places. I researched the Polaris Xpedition and found the model for my line of work. Although many dealerships carry the same model for nearly the same price, the Heber Powersports Store went above and beyond. Travis was very knowledgeable regarding specifications and options for the Xpedition, and even compared the pros and cons to the Polaris General (my current SxS). The finance department made it simple and quick. The overall experience was great. No pushy sales, no “add ons” in finance, and customer service was excellent. I will be shopping here again.
Seen a used Polaris General that I thought would've been pretty worn out for the price. Called up Johnny a no nonsense to the point salesman. He told me exactly what was wrong with it and what they fixed. Bought it, was nervous that they might not have told me everything to get it out the door, but I happy to say after 1500 miles it hasn't even made a bad sound
Bought two Northstar rangers and had a buddy buy a General, today. Layne and Nathaniel were easy to deal with. Gave us the best deal in the state. In and out in 45 minutes. All the machines were fueled up, cleaned up and ready to roll. Marcus in the finance office was easy to deal with. Pouch showed us the machine and answered all my questions!
