Go see John, Johnny & Seth for a great experience! We worked with John for a few days while we figured out what machine we wanted. We had never owned a side by side before and honestly started out looking at four wheelers before we finally landed on a Polaris General XP 1000, with the help of John and his patience in answering all of our questions. Never once did we feel like we were being pushed or rushed like other places. Seth and Johnny the managers were great as well and went above and beyond to get us the exact machine we wanted from another location. They all made it a good time and it felt more like bantering with friends than dealing with sales people. A great group here. We highly recommend taking your business to this specific location to look for your next adventure!

Let me first say I was interested in a KRX 4 seater or the new Cfmoto Z10, my buddy bought a machine from them a couple of weeks ago and spoke highly of them. I called and spoke to the sales manager (Seth), looking for one of those 2 machines (not a Polaris). I decided what the heck I will at least go check them out. Man am I happy I decided to go, they got me in a way better machine than I ever expected I would of got. Everyone from Sales, Parts, Service even the financial guy (who is usually the fun killer) was absolutely phenomenal. Seth and Ryder made sure the machine was 100% good to go before they would even let me look at paper work. The 25 Pro S I was looking at, had a pretty good misfire initially (typical Polaris belt). The mechanics jumped on it immediately, changed the belt plugs and coils with about 2 hours the machine was back to a monster. I WILL NEVER BUY A MACHINE FROM ANYONE ELSE AGAIN. 10/10

I researched the Polaris Xpedition and found the model for my line of work. Although many dealerships carry the same model for nearly the same price, the Heber Powersports Store went above and beyond. Travis was very knowledgeable regarding specifications and options for the Xpedition, and even compared the pros and cons to the Polaris General (my current SxS). The finance department made it simple and quick. The overall experience was great. No pushy sales, no “add ons” in finance, and customer service was excellent. I will be shopping here again.

Coming from a background were customer service is top priority, I can say the near by polaris dealership lost my business years ago to Micha Busk. Micha kept at me trying to get my business and I was the type that stays loyal to who I use, but there service just kept pushing me further away. I finally called Micha and snowchecked a sled and the price he gave me was lower than the dealership that said they are giving me the very best deal they could witch was list price plus shipping and set up! But most important to me when I got went to see Micha months later the price he gave me over the phone was to the penny, not one sent more! Further more it was near closing time xmas eve he didn't have the paperwork ready so he said Dave just take it ill call you later for a check! Two weeks later I called him and said hey buddy want me to pay for this sled? He said ya if you like it! That is customer service!!!! Not only a man of integrity! But a guy who cares about happy customers! He did the same thing a year later when I called looking for a small snowmobile for my little girl xmas. And has not let me down in the 10 years he has had my business, since then he has moved onto Regional manager, well deserved! And I now deal with Skyler who is honest and very good at communicating with me! As a customer that's as a customer that's all I ask for, be honest, give me the best price the first call don't wait till I go somewhere else and say oh we could have beat that price! And when I call and order a new 60k dollar Ranger have the decency to return my calls when it's 3 months later than you said to give me an update on when it will be delivered. And don't string me along on my trade in from Aug to now and still haven't gave me a dollar amount! That baffles me why Karl Malone can give me a trade in over the phone and the dealership up the road has been 4 months with no clue as to what they will do! I had to buy the new 1,500 up the road from heber, because heber had already sold their 2 4 doors by time I called them. And I am being reminded each time I call them why I switched to Karl Malone. I know this is long, but from a guy that has spent well over $600,000 on Polaris and Indian products in the last 10 years the Karl Malone guys have my business for a long long time.
