What customers say about where can I get my ATV serviced near Heber City, UT
We just took delivery of our new Polaris side-by-side and couldn’t be more pleased with the purchase and service of Karl Malone in Heber City . Our salesperson Johnny Chadwick was very knowledgeable and friendly. The whole experience was great from the purchase to the delivery. Johnny was able to answer any of our questions and kept in contact with us. The whole team at Karl Malone in Heber City was a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend them to others wanting to purchase ATVs. Skip the other dealerships and go right to the best at Karl Malone in Heber City. Coming from a background were customer service is top priority, I can say the near by polaris dealership lost my business years ago to Micha Busk. Micha kept at me trying to get my business and I was the type that stays loyal to who I use, but there service just kept pushing me further away. I finally called Micha and snowchecked a sled and the price he gave me was lower than the dealership that said they are giving me the very best deal they could witch was list price plus shipping and set up! But most important to me when I got went to see Micha months later the price he gave me over the phone was to the penny, not one sent more! Further more it was near closing time xmas eve he didn't have the paperwork ready so he said Dave just take it ill call you later for a check! Two weeks later I called him and said hey buddy want me to pay for this sled? He said ya if you like it! That is customer service!!!! Not only a man of integrity! But a guy who cares about happy customers! He did the same thing a year later when I called looking for a small snowmobile for my little girl xmas. And has not let me down in the 10 years he has had my business, since then he has moved onto Regional manager, well deserved! And I now deal with Skyler who is honest and very good at communicating with me! As a customer that's as a customer that's all I ask for, be honest, give me the best price the first call don't wait till I go somewhere else and say oh we could have beat that price! And when I call and order a new 60k dollar Ranger have the decency to return my calls when it's 3 months later than you said to give me an update on when it will be delivered. And don't string me along on my trade in from Aug to now and still haven't gave me a dollar amount! That baffles me why Karl Malone can give me a trade in over the phone and the dealership up the road has been 4 months with no clue as to what they will do! I had to buy the new 1,500 up the road from heber, because heber had already sold their 2 4 doors by time I called them. And I am being reminded each time I call them why I switched to Karl Malone. I know this is long, but from a guy that has spent well over $600,000 on Polaris and Indian products in the last 10 years the Karl Malone guys have my business for a long long time. Thanks for the great service Dave Wilson.
We went to Karl Malone Polaris - Heber location to look at a used RZR. We were greeted by a friendly young man named Hudson. He was trying to find the specific machine that we were looking for and quickly found out that it had sold. In speaking with him it was apparent that he was very knowledgeable about Polaris and was able to show us the new model - 2026 RZR 1000 XP. He was very helpful and interested in finding out more about our current machine and if we wanted to try to trade it in. Between Hudson and Michael and Johnny we were able to get to a price point on the trade and the new machine, pick it up the next week. No pressure sales pitches, just honest communication. Hudson just wanted to make it easy for us, and our happiness was his goal. This has been the least stressful and best purchase experience we have ever had. Including vehicles and RV’s. Kudos to the entire team in Heber. Thank you so much!
So to cut a long story short, was having kind of a headache of a time with a salesman that is no longer there. But the guys in Heber were willing to give me the best deal on my trade ins so I was hooked. Called Jonny down there and he talked me off the ledge and found me a machine that fit my needs. Loaded up my trades and headed down to Heber in the morning. Once I arrived the machine wasn’t there yet. Turns out that was a blessing in disguise, cause I got to hang out almost all day with the coolest dudes in the valley. Ryder (hope that’s the spelling) is an ambitious young salesman who will actually listen to what you’re looking for. 10 out of 10 not enough stars I can give. I’m terrible with names but there’s a fella with a mustache from Louisiana, literally felt like I was talking to one of my close friends all day. Jonny the manager is the same way, service guys are awesome. Only dealership I’ll buy machines from now. Can’t say enough good things and it means something with how my interactions were with the guy that’s not there anymore, even he was great until the point he wasn’t. Again not enough stars on this site for the Heber store!
Nice sales guys really. 3 out of 5 though because they were trying to hide that the carburetor needed cleaning badly and gave me other excuses. They did do it though after I noticed. Upon getting the motorcycle home I noticed the whole left rear foot peg assembly was missing which they hid from me or just didn’t notice themselves because they don’t look their machines over before re-selling. I have tried contacting them to see if they can cut me a deal on a replacement part but they are ghosting me. Also, expect to pay about $300-$350 on fees (this does not include taxes or registration). Overall I feel this dealership needs improvement. Did not walk away with confidence in this dealership. Update: the company did get in touch with me after the original review and got me the missing part (both sides even though only one side was needed) for free plus a little gift. Feel the need to up the rating as they went beyond what I expected them to do to make it right. Way to go! You rock!
