We went to Karl Malone Polaris - Heber location to look at a used RZR. We were greeted by a friendly young man named Hudson. He was trying to find the specific machine that we were looking for and quickly found out that it had sold. In speaking with him it was apparent that he was very knowledgeable about Polaris and was able to show us the new model - 2026 RZR 1000 XP. He was very helpful and interested in finding out more about our current machine and if we wanted to try to trade it in. Between Hudson and Michael and Johnny we were able to get to a price point on the trade and the new machine, pick it up the next week. No pressure sales pitches, just honest communication. Hudson just wanted to make it easy for us, and our happiness was his goal. This has been the least stressful and best purchase experience we have ever had. Including vehicles and RV’s. We traded in our rzr in for a brand new 2027 ranger crew 1000xp cody was great to work with didnt pressure us into doing something we weren't comfortable with. AWESOME!!! We worked with Mike Kelly over the last few days and traded a 2021 Range Crew 1000 for 2024 Xpedition XP. Smooth easy process!
