Go see John, Johnny & Seth for a great experience! We worked with John for a few days while we figured out what machine we wanted. We had never owned a side by side before and honestly started out looking at four wheelers before we finally landed on a Polaris General XP 1000, with the help of John and his patience in answering all of our questions. Never once did we feel like we were being pushed or rushed like other places. Seth and Johnny the managers were great as well and went above and beyond to get us the exact machine we wanted from another location. They all made it a good time and it felt more like bantering with friends than dealing with sales people. A great group here. I researched the Polaris Xpedition and found the model for my line of work. Although many dealerships carry the same model for nearly the same price, the Heber Powersports Store went above and beyond. Travis was very knowledgeable regarding specifications and options for the Xpedition, and even compared the pros and cons to the Polaris General (my current SxS). The finance department made it simple and quick. The overall experience was great. No pushy sales, no “add ons” in finance, and customer service was excellent. I will be shopping here again.

We went to Karl Malone Polaris - Heber location to look at a used RZR. We were greeted by a friendly young man named Hudson. He was trying to find the specific machine that we were looking for and quickly found out that it had sold. In speaking with him it was apparent that he was very knowledgeable about Polaris and was able to show us the new model - 2026 RZR 1000 XP. He was very helpful and interested in finding out more about our current machine and if we wanted to try to trade it in. Between Hudson and Michael and Johnny we were able to get to a price point on the trade and the new machine, pick it up the next week. No pressure sales pitches, just honest communication. Hudson just wanted to make it easy for us, and our happiness was his goal. This has been the least stressful and best purchase experience we have ever had. Including vehicles and RV’s. Had a great salesman named Choi at Karl Malone Polaris in Heber, Utah. He was extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. We drove from Montana because Karl Malone Has a large inventory and the perfect Xpedition for us. John made sure our paper work was correct and we bought an extended 5 year bumper to bumper warranty. No worries for 5 1/2 years. The parts manager explained the many accessories options that are available. We never had this good of a buying experience at any car dealers.
